Location: Hybrid (Local to Streetsboro, OH Headquarters)
Job Summary:
An entry-level position designed to provide the successful candidate broad-based experience in the area of consumer products marketing. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Team in a variety of functions, and offers the opportunity for experiential learning through exposure to the total commercialization effort.
Location: Hybrid (local to Streetsboro, OH corporate office)
Job Duties:
- Daily product review moderation
- Product review generation efforts
- Team project management and administrative tasks (managing timeline updates, task tracking, note taking, etc.)
- Creative photo, video, and graphic support (prop shopping, talent/location booking support, on-shoot coordination as necessary, gathering packaging details, supporting packaging translations, etc.)
- Support Product Information Management (PIM) system management (management and upload of digital assets, etc.)
- Maintaining and cataloging document templates (such as location release forms, talent release forms) and “standards” documentation (e.g., retailer requirements, file dimensions, file formats, packaging standards)
- Cataloging (consistent and searchable labeling/tagging) of raw photo and video footage, as needed
- Monitor product listings and update/adjust as needed
- Support brick-and-mortar and eCommerce product submissions
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment; internal customer service focused
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills
- Strong technology skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with web-based project management software (e.g., Monday.com) a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Work Environment:
Position is carried out primarily in an office environment, within a manufacturing setting. Occasional need to lift light articles.
