Position Overview
The Marketing Associate will report directly to the Managing Directors and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ultimately implementing all assertive marketing efforts. This includes social media, digital/internet, home shows, street fairs, neighborhood events, chambers of commerce activities, social and charitable events, client entertainment and much more. The purpose of this role is to drive new leads to the sales team and increase CertaPro’s local brand awareness.
Essential Functions
· Contribute to our social media presence by visiting jobsites and attending local events, creating photos, videos, and client testimonials, and generating posts for our various social media accounts.· Work with our digital vendor to create new website content such as case studies, jobsite pictures, and unique landing pages for various types of projects.· Integrate into local internet groups on sites like Facebook and Next Door, and represent the CertaPro brand to parties interested in painting· Attend social, charitable, and networking events.· Participate in local networking groups.· Create outreach programs to property managers, realtors, designers, decorators, and architects.· Coordinate our holiday gifting program for clients and prospects.· Create ongoing entertainment and incentive programs for our top commercial clients.· Must be able to creatively implement new ideas for generating additional leads. - $50k-$65k (combination of salary plus bonus incentives based on leads generated) o $50,000 salary o Bonus for lead generation that turns into an estimate o Bonus for achieving completed work milestones
