Auro Wellness and Auro Skincare is looking for a Customer Service & Marketing Assistant. Looking for a self-motivated, forward thinking individual that is excited to take on the challenge and experience of a start-up. They will be able to successfully plan, manage their time, optimize the Customer experience and assist in all marketing efforts. This includes, but is not limited to, successfully handling all customers communications to continually ensure one-hundred percent (100%) Customer satisfaction and assisting marketing team with trade show preparation and digital marketing.

What You Need To Have / Need To Do-

• High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate is required
• Minimum of six (6) months' Customer Service experience required
• Knowledge in social media and email marketing
• Working knowledge of personal computers, office equipment
• Above average communication skills (listening, speaking, written)
• Consistent, accurate, timely data entry (Google Suite, Windows, Microsoft Office )
• Professional Customer-facing appearance and friendly, "Customer is always right," demeanor and attitude
• Actively keeps open the lines of communication
• Ensures consistently productive and proactive workflow; promptly handles inbound/outbound requests; strives to maintain positive business relationships, acts as Champion and Role Model for safety and privacy guidelines
• Ability to consistently work a variable, rotating schedule, within somewhat flexible general operating hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-6:00PM in an environment.
• Demonstrated above average ethics, integrity, honesty, attention to detail, attendance, and punctuality
• Aptitude and willingness for continuous learning, Team building, and business development
• Initiative to proactively and continuously look for ways to help the Company run at peak efficiency
