The Manager, Professional Services oversees our Professional Services organization in order to provide billable, value-added services to our customers. The Manager, Professional Services will lead the development of scalable processes and services and oversee the day-to-day operations of the growing team.

Position Duties:

  • Manage the development of our Professional Services function, offerings, and processes, including but not limited to Implementation, Integrations and Professional Services requests
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training to direct reports.
  • Provide a leadership presence on Strategic level customer projects, for both the Integrations and Implementations function, from the sales handoff to ongoing support, with a proven ability to manage complex and large-scale projects.
  • Monitor team metrics through touch bases with the Team Leads to ensure team KPIs are being met.
  • Leverage team data to identify opportunities to improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes; spearhead the design and implementation of solutions and measure their impact.
  • Act as a final point of contact for critical and complex client issues and ensure their resolution, involving other teams as necessary.
  • Partner with Member Services, Customer Care, and Enterprise Account Management to understand and incorporate client feedback.
  • Partner with Sales Team during pre-contract activities related to Professional Services in the Sales cycle.
  • Establish and maintain positive team morale and ensure the team has clear direction and motivation in line with Motus’ corporate objectives
  • Serve as an expert on Motus solutions and educate the team and our users on the use and benefits of our products
  • Work along side other Operations leaders to ensure continuity between teams and processes
  • Identify department’s strategy in alignment with the Organizations annual goals and objectives & ensure the execution of these strategies throughout the year.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a customer-facing or operations role within a SaaS organization, at least 2 of which involved supervisory and/or leadership responsibilities
  • Demonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence
  • Excellent people management skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate and achieve results with direct reports and stakeholders
  • Acute attention to detail and excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the inner-workings of a SaaS organization
  • Strong influencer and communicator with ability to collaborate cross-departmentally and manage up
