Position Purpose: Perform duties to conduct and manage the day-to-day operations of the maternal child health and EPSDT functions communicating with departmental and plan administrative staff to facilitate department functions.- Ensure receipt of maternal and postpartum care and EPSDT services for members
- Promote preventative health strategies and educate members on family planning services
- Identify and coordinate assistance for identified member needs for maternal/child health and EPSDT
- Promote compliance with federal and state regulations and contractual agreements.
- Facilitate on-going communication between case management staff, members, contracted providers, and subsidiaries.
- Develop staff skills and competencies through training and experience.
