Wellfound is hiring a Manager of Intake.

Wellfound Behavioral Health Hospital is a 120-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital located in Tacoma, Washington. We are Department of Health and Joint Commission accredited. We are an acute care psychiatric hospital providing care to both voluntary and involuntary patients.

Position information:

The Manager of Intake is responsible for overseeing the Intake function, continual enhancement of service delivery, clinical oversight, staff management, financial administration, regulatory compliance consistent with Wellfound’s values and mission. Accountabilities also include program implementation, evaluation/monitoring in addition to creating an environment of safety, enthusiasm, compassion.

Wellfound is located on the beautiful South Puget Sound in Washington. We are an hour drive away from the beautiful Cascade Mountain range, and Mount Rainier. This area is known for an outdoor lifestyle including boating, biking, hiking, and skiing. Tacoma is the second largest city in Washington state. There is access to concert venues, sports arenas, and a thriving micro-brewery and spectacular wine community.

• Salary: $88,400 - $136,406

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s for Registered Nurses, Masters for Social Workers or Therapist

Certification/Licenses:

• Licensed with Washington State as Social Worker, Registered Nurse or Therapist
• Basic Life Support through American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Work Experience:

• Five (5) years of clinical experience working in a mental/behavioral health capacity serving adults
• Three (3) years of experience in supervisory and lead roles
• Experience as Designated Crisis Responder (DCR) a plus
