Requirements:Primary Duties:
- Work with our computer systems and point of sales for equipment, sales, and reporting.
- Run our location operations alongside our Management team to ensure a smooth process for staff and customers. You will be responsible for properly opening and closing locations, employee scheduling, metrics reporting, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized location and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
- Interview, hire, and train employees. Our employees are the core of how we operate. You’ll be responsible for ensuring we have top talent on board at all times. You will motivate your team to work hard every day!
- May be required to go to multiple locations in Virginia and Maryland
- Car Wash Experience a plus
