Manager, Exhibit Operations Job at Switch

Position Summary:
The Manager, Exhibit Operations will create and manage a new product offering for Switch that leverage our existing abilities to design and build custom exhibit assets. Will create a robust fleet of exhibit rental assets of exhibit solutions in the $25k - $50k budget range. This role will start-up the product offering and manage the operations, sales and marketing and cross-departmental collaborations with creative, fabrication, graphics, etc.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Create and manage an operational plan that will leverage our design and fabrication capabilities today, and compliment with an exhibit rental solution
- Collaborate across all required departments and stakeholders to harmonize creative strategy, design, project management and fabrication that meets internal and external expectations
- Manage the overall project financials, that meet gross margin expectations and deliver the necessary financial reporting for the overall product offering
- Create and manage a customer-facing digital design calculator that will allow our customers to select inventoried assets and understand approximate cost to rent, I&D, transport, etc.
- Collaborates with the VP, Sales and Marketing to create and manage sales resources and capabilities with the intent of winning new exhibit projects for the company
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience
- Minimum of five (5) years managing an exhibit operation
Preferred Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree
- Exhibit industry certification (CEM, etc.)
- Certified Project Manager (PMP, IAPM, etc.)
