Dunn Brothers Coffee is looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented leader to help lead our team. As the Store Manager, you will be working at one of the metro’s best coffee shops and working with the best crew and customers you can imagine! Our location is full service coffee shop with a full food menu. If you know our brand, you know we roast coffee in our store and provide the best coffee experience in the market.
The Store Manager is charged with the following:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Managing the day to day cash position and reconciliation
- Assist in training new associates on “the Dunn Brothers way” as well as implementing new product training as necessary
- Ensuring all company and labor policies are followed
- Ordering and Fulfillment
- Rolling up your sleeves and working the floor with your team
- Scheduling and Shift covering in emergencies
The successful candidate will have the following:
- A passion for exceeding customers’ expectations and proven experience in a leadership role delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry
- Proven ability to problem solve and think on the fly
