MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN with HVAC CERTIFICATION A PLUS Job at Garden Villas North
Garden Villas North Retirement Community is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our beautiful new Jesuit Residence located on Delmar Gardens’ north county campus. Join this new team of professionals, but hurry!
The successful candidate will work a convenient daytime schedule and assist in maintaining the physical environment to ensure the residents are comfortable and safe. Renovating apartment units when vacated may include painting, light plumbing and electrical work and carpet demo and/or cleaning. Pool maintenance may also be expected. Must have or be willing to obtain a CDL driver’s license and HVAC certification a plus!
