Maintenance Technician – Gardendale, AL

• Do you have access to or own your own basic tools?
• Can you lift up to 60lbs?
• Do you have an HVAC Experience?
• Do you have a VALID/NON-EXPIRED DRIVER’S LICENSE AND access to reliable transportation? (THIS IS A MUST)

WHAT ARE THE SPECIFICS OF THE JOB?

• Responsible for all manner of work order requests for the property. These requests vary but include plumbing repairs, HVAC issues, minor electrical repairs, touch up painting, etc.
• Perform preventative property maintenance (change air filters, change batteries in smoke detectors, change light bulbs, property grounds are free from debris/obstacles, etc).
• Assist in making suites ready for new tenants to move-in.
• Work closely with the property management team on special projects as directed and address resident concerns.
• After Hours Emergencies/On-Call Maintenance: Occasionally asked to respond to maintenance emergencies outside of normal business hours.
• Other maintenance duties as assigned.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
