Shift Availability for Maintenance Technician:
- Full-Time 10pm-6am
- Some weekend, holiday, and on call responsibilities
- $1000 sign-on BONUS

Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician:
- Maintain the campus, facilities, and equipment.
- Utilize a variety of building trades, including carpentry, painting, HVAC, and electrical as well as general labor.
- Ensure safety and satisfaction of staff and residents.
- Ensure quality and timeliness of completed work.

Requirements:Qualifications of Maintenance Technician:
