Inn at SilverCreek/Alderwood Colorado Management Fraser, CO 80442
Alderwood Colorado Management is looking for a full time, maintenance minded person to maintain the property assets and units.

Duties-
Building maintenance technicians handle repairs that require basic skills as an electrician, carpenter, plumber, painter and HVAC. Building maintenance technicians must always remain aware of their limitations and request the services of the supervisor/manager or request a licensed professional when the technician’s lack of expertise or state or local ordinances require it.
General Repairs - Fixtures and Equipment
In any given shift a maintenance technician might be assigned any of the following tasks; examples: drywall, texture and paint, fix or replace a broken appliance, replace a faucet or install a new electrical outlet, etc.
Perform Routine Maintenance
Facilities require a certain amount of upkeep to look its best, maintain a safe environment and serve it’s intended function. Building maintenance technicians conduct regular inspections to determine areas that need attention and then perform tasks to maintain functionality. They might inspect for burned-out light bulbs, proper operation of TV and cable boxes, and inspect appliances for proper operation.
On call duties to be shared with manager. Must have own vehicle.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
