Maintenance supervisor will perform various duties:
- Perform maintenance tasks to ensure the building meets our standard of excellence
- Interact appropriately with residents and families
- Assist in arranging service contracts and bids
- Manage the Preventive Maintenance Work Schedule
- Ensure equipment remains in working order
- Complete tasks necessary to ensure a safe and secure environment
- Incorporate opportunities to create small, but memorable, experiences for residents
- Perform general cleanup of all areas of the building as directed
- Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space and parking lot
- Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
- Handle emergency upkeep requests
- Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped
- Troubleshoot issues with HVAC system, plumbing, electrical, lighting and indoor climate control as necessary
