We have immediate opening for someone looking to upskill their industrial maintenance skills with this newly created hybrid Maintenance / Production Technician. This position will be on 1st shift, Monday-Friday from 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at our Huntersville, NC branch.

Responsibilities/ Duties:

• Production equipment troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance **‍
• General equipment and facility maintenance **‍
• New capital equipment installation projects**

Requirements:

• Willing to work approximately 70% maintenance responsibilities and 30% production responsibilities.
• 3+ years of experience in Facilities and Equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Must possess a high working-level knowledge of Electrical and Control Systems. Certificates in any of these areas would be a plus:

• Experience working with and troubleshooting standard AC & DC voltages including 24V, 120V, 220V, 480V etc.
• PLC & VFD troubleshooting and programming.
• Capable of reading schematics, ladder-logic, blueprints and diagrams for various electro-mechanical projects.
• Able to create functional electical circuits.
• Familiar with electrical codes and standards.

• Must be knowledgeable about various mechanical, hydraulic, compressed air, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Proficient with trade tools including core hand tools, power tools, torches, multimeters, etc.
• Experience operating machine shop equipment (manual mills and lathes)
• Knowledge of LP Forklift repair or comparable combustion engine equipment repair.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) preferred; Fiix experience is a plus.
• Able to supply own core tools; a locked tool box can be provided.
• Overtime may be required at times. Willingness to travel to other branch locations is a plus.
