We are looking for a Maintenance Person to join our team and help keep our facilities in top condition. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks, as well as inspecting and troubleshooting equipment. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, as well as a commitment to safety and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on building systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Inspect and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Perform minor carpentry and painting tasks.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
