Maintenance Generalist – Full-Time – Haltom City, TX 76117
Intro:
The salary range of this position is $22.35/hr. for Maintenance Generalist 01 to $32.00/hr. for Maintenance Generalist 08 with a shift increase for second and third shift and overtime. Salary is based on individual knowledge and experience.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Position is responsible for maintaining equipment in good working condition.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform routine preventative maintenance repairs
- Perform emergency mechanical or electrical repairs
- Perform preventing maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic Plant equipment
- Minimize downtime due to equipment failure
- Support production in addressing equipment problems during shift
- Handle all mechanical problems that may arise in a fast pace environment
- Ensure work area is clean at all time
- Record keeping and attention to detail
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 20 pounds repeatedly during shift
- Ability to push, pull and lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand on hard surface for up to 12 hours per day
- Must work in cold/hot temperatures ranging from -20 to 100 degrees
- Repetitive bending, reaching, squatting, and gripping
- Frequent overhead work
- Basic Math skills: percentages, fractions, and measurements
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends
- Position will require Lock Out Tag Out certification
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of mechanic work experience or be a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program
- Electrical experience preferred
