Responsibilities:
It is the primary responsibility of the Maintenance Engineer to maintain and repair all equipment and to assist in the daily operations and activities which they have been assigned and provide administrative an technical support as directed by department management.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Installs and repairs locks and hardware as required throughout the property. Cuts original keys, re-keys, master key cylinders, and safes as required. Maintains key inventories. Proficient to install and program key systems (Keyvvatcher, Timelox, Trilogy - Alarm Lock, Standalone and hardwired keyless entry systems). Door closures, hinges, automatic operators repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain and repair all equipment related to the successful operation of boilers, compressors, refrigeration equipment, generators and all equipment that is driven by steam, electricity, gas, air, diesel, water or any other power developing energy which has to do with or is related to the operation of all mechanical equipment.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair ride systems and auxiliary equipment
- Complete work orders
- Walk daily routes and make necessary repairs
- Perform other job-related duties as requested
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
REQUIRED:
- Locksmith Certification Required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Able to use diagnostic tools, such as but not limited to: Amp Meters, Voltmeters, OHM meters, compound gauges and pressure gauges etc.
- Able to work from blueprints and schennatics, and interpret manufactures guidelines for the operation and maintenance of related equipment.
- General knowledge of mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, money handling.
- Knowledgeable of hand power tools.
- Excellent customer service skills ancl interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards.
