Position Responsibilities:

• Embody the company standard as a high-quality care provider.
• Demonstrate strong leadership.
• Supervisor, coordinate, and perform the activities of the Maintenance Department.
• Ensure the facility is maintained in good repair.
• Assists other departments as requested, including moving furniture, unloading and storing supplies etc.
• Oversees disaster drill program in accordance with community and state regulations.
• Ensure facility and all systems are in compliance with applicable safety and fire regulations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local building codes.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
• Adhere to the budget guidelines for the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements

High School diploma.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Five years in a commercial establishment with knowledge of maintenance procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal, organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities and time management skills.
