Our communities are more than a building with people inside, it's home for our residents. We are looking for a Maintenance Director to join us at Orchard Pointe at Surprise.
Maintenance Directors
- Build strong relationships based on compassion, respect and trust in a positive team environment throughout the community.
- Work closely with vendors and team to maintain all aspects of the community. For larger projects, manage bids and negotiate timing and pricing.
- Meet with families and residents to ensure their home meets their needs.
- Lead the Safety committee, schedule drills and other emergency exercises.
- Follow processes and procedures that enhance the resident experience and meet state and federal guidelines.
Directors Have
- 2+ years of professional building maintenance experience including the ability to complete minor repairs and use power equipment.
- A High School education or equivalent.
- A valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
