Schedule(s)/Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday

This position requires general knowledge of data entry duties. Organization skills, the ability to concentrate, and to comprehend numbers and codes with accuracy. This knowledge is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent. This position requires the ability to deal with people and present a positive image for the Company, performing reception duties and working with other team members.

Job Responsibilities
- Pick-up and delivery of mail
- Prep, sort, count, and scan items into imaging system and track external documentation
- Pick up outgoing mail and prepare for delivery to the post office
- Track usage of mailroom supplies and supplies for office equipment such as toner and paper and notifies Operations for replenishments
- Package and arrange for bulk or individual file shipments to liquidators
- Coordinate and track all delivery service company shipments
- Provide reception duties including answering telephone calls directed to the company's main number
- Other duties as assigned
