CIT is looking for a Machinist to join our team located in Franklin, WI!

**Pay is up to $32/hour, contingent upon experience**

**We are currently offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus! **

**We offer shift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shift**

General Experience, Skills, and Job Duty Requirements

- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

- 3 + years’ experience machining, primarily milling and turning

- Able to setup and operate 5-axis milling centers

- Able to troubleshoot machine issues and non-conformances

- Able to use hand tools, calipers, gauges, jigs, fixtures, and any other supporting hardware and materials to setup machines for operations and measure parts per print
