MA/ EMT Job at Biospine Institute
BioSpine is looking for a licensed medical professional to work in a fast growing minimally invasive spine surgery clinic in the Sarasota area. We are looking for a full time, enthusiastic person with exceptional customer service skills, great attention to detail, adaptability and amazing teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Check in patients before visit (Vitals, reviewing paperwork, filling out fee ticket accurately) ·
- Check out patients after visit ·
- Have basic knowledge of insurance requirement for surgical candidates
- Reviewing patient notes to ensure we have accurate documentation for surgical candidates ·
- Complete EKGS ·
- Complete brace fitting and education for pre op patients ·
- Educate patients on all procedures that we perform ·
- Complete tasks in a timely manner ·
- Scanning ·
- Complete necessary follow up calls to patients ·
- Keep complete and accurate notes regarding education for surgical candidates ·
- Assisting within the office when needed ·
- Willingness to travel between all locations
