LPN- Phone Triage - St. Charles Job at Esse Health

Esse Health is currently seeking a full-time LPN for its St. Charles Complete Care office located at 1551 Wall Street in St. Charles. The LPN's main responsibility will be covering the phones and answering incoming calls. The LPN will ask pertinent questions related to patient symptoms and relay this information to the provider. The LPN may also handle faxes, medication refills and scheduling appointments. The chosen candidate must project a positive and professional image over the phone, and in all interactions with patients and coworkers. We are seeking candidates who have the ability to multi-task and stay organized, as well as who possess a strong desire to deliver quality customer service!
Preferred Qualifications: Formal training which will probably be indicated by a graduation certificate from an accredited LPN school of nursing. One or more years of experience, current nursing license in MO, dedication to patient satisfaction, ability to communicate effectively and ability to work compatibly with physicians and other staff members. CPR Certification, PC/Windows proficiency, medical coding proficiency, willingness to assign high priority to patient comfort and satisfaction, ability to communicate effectively and to work compatibly with physicians, coworkers, and employees in other departments.
