Low Rise Efficiency Manager
Your Skills
- Develop and deploy process, tooling, training and reporting initiatives to drive ($ Millions in) field efficiency improvements.
- Develop, maintain, update and deploy repair and testing manuals as necessary to ensure all mainstream repair and testing evolutions are documented in writing with the latest safety, quality and efficiency methods clearly delineated.
- Document and deploy testing and repair best practices across SEC.
- Manage the process to combat/mitigate new testing/repair requirements adopted by local AHJ’s.
- Prepare VRA/Leadership Committee level analysis for EI Ops leadership as needed.
- Implement and drive efficiency initiatives; develop roll out plans, create training, institute tracking, provide reporting; engage Field Managers and TOM’s, develop methodology to drive FO accountability.
- Prepare analysis to support testing and repair efficiency initiatives.
- Prepare analysis to support District Site Visits and Deep Dives.
- Identify opportunities (> $1M annually) to safely improve testing and repair efficiency.
- Job scope includes hydraulic installations and future MRL replacements
- Shopping cart compliance monthly
- Estimating process and ordering process ownership
- Recommend product improvements based on feedback
- Improve processes
- Track labor efficiency and pull reports
- Track C1% sold vs billed
- Track material costing and MGO C1%
- Create report on FPY tracking from survey information
- Manager lead times
- Work on improving shipments
Your Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years minumum of Elevator Field experience
- 5 years minimum MOD/NI/EI Supt Experience
- Previous Elevator Construction experience
- Organized and analytical
