Full Job Description

Duties for this position include:

• Schedule field staff to provide service for clients
• Interact with families, clients and caregivers about services
• Provide clients and caregivers with accurate schedules.
• Follow-up with clients and caregivers regarding coverage, and cancellation of staff.
• Maintain management team of changes in status of clients and caregivers.
• Actively participate in regular staff meetings to provide guidance on any changes with staffing requirements.
• Follow all HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.

Job Requirements

• MUST HAVE PREVIOUS HOME CARE STAFFING EXPERIENCE
• Hands-on knowledge of HHAeXchange is a MUST
• Ability to problem solve challenging and complex situations that involve family members/clients, care providers and referral sources.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills including the ability to effectively with a variety of personality types.
• Ability to speak SPANISH
