Job Summary:

Management of Helpdesk/Cloud support personnel. Technical administration of IT local area network services for multiple manufacturing facilities and personnel working from home. Technical administration of US equipment and software including firewalls, servers, and storage area arrays including SQL Server software, backups, and data replication. Technical administration of US Internet (data) and telephone (Voice) circuits including associated systems. Coordination of Microsoft Tenant cloud services and on-premises standards with Hungary and Mexico personnel.

Essential US Duties and Responsibilities:

· Management of Desktop/Cloud support personnel including training and providing technical support. Coordinates desktop support for all US locations including home office support. Audits desktop security compliance.

· Administration of the Wide Area Network (WAN). Includes firewall configurations, routers, Virtual Private Network (VPN), Multiple Factor Authentication (MFA) and security compliance audits.

· Administration of the Local Area Network (LAN). Includes network switches, server configurations, storage arrays, DNS, DHCP, IIS, backups, UPS, HVAC, and security compliance audits.

· Administration of cloud Virtual Machines (VM) servers used to backup Microsoft cloud Email, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Cloud VM administration includes virtual cloud firewall, backup applications, and cloud storage solutions.

· Administration of the Microsoft cloud tenant and the hybrid Azure Active Directory. Management includes Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Power BI, Information Protection and End Point security.

· Administration of Data Storage Arrays including snapshot backup support. Administration of Hyper-V clusters, VM servers, and software licensing. Audits backups for recovery of US information storage.

· Administration of telephone circuits including wired telephone service and voice mail.

· Administration of policies and procedures as required to control the risk of information loss in compliance with C-MOS and CCM.

· Coordination of outside vendors and other support personnel and/or organizations used for problem-solving efforts.

· Management of IT spending on subscriptions, contracts, licenses, and equipment in compliance with capital and expense budgets.

Qualifications:

· 3 years of experience with Firewall, Virtual Private Networks, and TLS/SSL Certificate

· 3 years experience with local area network security, group policies, and privileged information handling

· 3 years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory

· Experience managing LAN/WAN, Applications, and Desktop/Cloud support personnel

· Experience with Virtual machines, Data Storage Arrays, disaster recovery planning and high availability

· Experience with installing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc.

· Problem solving, customer service, verbal and written communication, professionalism, planning and organizational skills, etc.

· Education: AS/BS in Information Technology or related field required or equivalent experience
