Blackhawk Bank & Trust, a locally owned financial institution with 18 Quad City area locations is accepting applications for a full-time Loan Officer position. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to determine their needs and recommend the right product
- Service Consumer, Real Estate, and Commercial Loans
- Network in the community to develop Loan Business
- Review Loan files to ensure they contain the proper documents
- Analyze financial data to make credit decisions
- Work closely with the Loan Assistant and Central Loan Administration to produce accurate loan documents
Position Requirements:
- Prior lending experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or business-related field preferred
- This position requires strong communication and leadership skills
- Previous experience developing business
