Loan Boarding Specialist I Job at QCR Holdings, Inc.
QCR Holdings is looking for a Loan Boarding Specialist to join our Loan Operations team (this position is not remote). The Loan Boarding Specialist works as part of a team with other boarding specialists in a fast paced environment and under the direction of the Boarding Specialist Supervisor and VP Loan Operations Manager. While operating within the Company's loan policy and procedures, assists the Loan Operations Department with processing and servicing loans. This position is responsible for monitoring and working the Loan Operations queue, tracking of escrow insurance and real estate taxes, interest rate maintenance, and works as part of a team on a daily basis.
Ideal candidates would have a high school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of bank loan documentation or loan input experience preferred. Skilled with various computer programs and data input, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while paying great attention to detail. Good written and oral communication skills required.
