Line Cook/Prep Cook Job at Benson Brewery & 1912
Line Cook prepares food using recipes and menu items created by the Head Chef and helps keep the kitchen running smoothly. Some of their key duties and responsibilities include:
- Maintain line
- Restock line
- Make orders to specification in a timely manner
- Clean all line equipment
- Open & Closing procedures and weekly tasks
- Put orders away
- Assist in the dish area as needed
- Sweep, Mop and clean kitchen line as needed
- Other duties as assigned
