What We're Looking for

· The prep cook in a restaurant adds a layer of support and organization to the overall culinary operations. Working as a peer in the kitchen, rather than as a member of management, the prep cook is responsible for preparing meals and details that result in a smooth meal service.

· The prep cooks is vital to the kitchen for an optimal guest experience. Works with kitchen team members to prepare delicious food, supports time management, efficiency of preparing orders, and creating a positive guest experience. The Prep cook provides advanced support during peak times, completes opening and closing duties, restocking workstations and proper set up of the kitchen.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year of cooking experience preferred
