Location
- The Regency Skilled Nursing & Therapy in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
- The Regency features Long-Term Care and Memory Care.
Desired Traits and Experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
- Two (2) or more years of Nursing Home Administration experience
- Proven success in operations and compliance with a track record of sustainable census building, sound financial performance, excellent survey history, and superior satisfaction (resident and family surveys)
Summary Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall management of clinical, regulatory, administrative, and financial direction of a Medicare-certified skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and accrediting organizations
- Maintains knowledge of regulatory guidelines; recommends operational changes as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
- Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator license required.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check required.
