Provide assessments, mental and substance use evaluations, diagnosis and treatment planning, social services to patients and their families, individual and group sessions; participate in QA and other clinical committees as appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university; valid NYS License – LMSW; 1-2 years of acute care experience; proficient in electronic health record (EHR); strong interpersonal and communication skills required; bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
HOURLY RATE: $25.00 – $35.00
