Manual Therapy clinic seeking quality therapist to join our dedicated team. This is not a “fast paced” clinic. This is a patient-centered clinic providing high quality specialty care.

Desired qualities and skills we are seeking:

• Current Oregon Licensed Massage Therapist in good standing
• Ability and earnest desire to continually learn
• Dedication to providing compassionate skillful care
• Physical ability to provide 60 minute, 90 minute and 120 minute bodywork sessions
• Physical ability to provide up to five+ hours of manual therapy/bodywork per day or cumulative average of 16 hours of manual therapy per week (if full time)
• Physical ability to work on a mat on the floor (not a massage table)
• Genuine interest and desire to study Thai Medicine and Thai Massage
• Willingness to be credentialed with insurance companies and work with a diverse group of patients
• Ability to use electronic scheduling, EMR, and other digital office applications
• Ability to Communicate and respond professionally with clients
• Ability and willingness to handle all aspects of client care including Intake and Assessment, scheduling, making treatment plans and maintaining detailed documentation for all client interactions
• Willingness and interest in attending twice yearly week long trainings/classes (paid)
• Openness to traveling to Thailand for further studies and trainings (travel is not required but is definitely on our wishlist as certain aspects of this field can only be learned in Thailand)

Prior experience appreciated, but not required.

Apprenticeship model learning for all new hires- we will make sure you are trained and prepared for your duties as a therapist in our clinic!

After your successful apprenticeship period, pay and benefits can include reimbursement for cost of license and liability insurance renewal, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement, and Continuing Education hours provided in house. Established full-time employees can make $40K+ in compensation.

This can be part-time or full-time employment. Schedule will include evening or weekend hours. Ideal candidate will be able to work at least 3 full days per week or 4-5 partial days; ultimate schedule is negotiable.
