Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide Auto & Home Insurance to new and existing clients
• Accountable for departmental performance standards
• Maintain proper knowledge of products, market trends, and certifications
• Reviews, updates, and manages daily reports
• Prepares and reviews monthly plan with Sales Director
• Creates and executes strategy for increasing market share
• Completes all aspects of the sales process
• Attends weekly department meetings

Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma or GED, required
• Valid Driver’s License, required
• Current Texas Property & Casualty License, required
• One (1) Year Previous Insurance Industry Experience, required
• Bilingual, a plus
