Level II Sales Associate reports to the Sales Floor Manager and is responsible for sales throughout the store. Level II Sales Associates must be able to pass intermediate to advanced skill assessments in all core departments.
Responsibilities, in addition to all Level I Sales Associate responsibilities, will include but are not limited to, the following:
Provide legendary customer service in all of the core departments throughout the store
Continue with ongoing intermediate to advanced product knowledge training
Suggest new products and voice customer requests
Insure the customer has their entire project needs met through the IISS sales process suggesting ass on products
All Other Duties As Needed
Required Skills
Proven Ability To Equate Weights And Measurements
Proficiency With All Store Equipment
Proficiency With All Store Technology (i.e. ACENET and POS Computers)
Ability To Pass Basic To Intermediate Skill Assessments In Assigned Departments, As Well As Technology, Equipment, And Store Services Within 45 Days of Hire.
Effective Communicator With Co-Workers, Managers, and Customers
