Successful and growing Atlanta Plaintiffs trial firm is looking for a Legal Assistant to work with an attorney in a fun, fast-paced office environment.
The ideal candidate has great administrative and customer service skills with effective case management skills.
Responsibilities include:

- E-service and e-filing
- Calendaring and scheduling events
- File maintenance (digital and hard copy)
- Basic letter-writing
- Setting up claims with Insurance companies
- Order police reports
- Track case expenses
- Order medical records and billing
- Coordinating dates and updating clients
The selected candidate must show dedication and pride in her/his work product with attention to detail while completing assigned tasks with a certain level of autonomy. The Dennis Law Firm is a team environment with individual and team accountability.
Pay and Benefits:
- $40,000-$50,000 a year pay rate
