WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A LEAD TECHNICIAN:

• Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction
• Prepare necessary documentation pertaining to the loss
• Develop scope of work for projects, and review estimates
• Understand, promote, and utilize the operational systems used by the company to document and/or review job files (training available), examples include: Encircle, MICA, Xactimate, and Xcelerate, etc.
• Setting up drying equipment per IICRC standards and/or moisture mapping software
• Removing and disposing of non-salvageable items
• Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule
• Assist in warehouse and facility related tasks.
• Assist in all aspects of content packout as needed.
• Maintain clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks.
• Responsible for maintaining and tracking all assigned company tools & equipment.
• Support office operations and completion of projects including but not limited to materials procurement and skilled labor.
• Oversee the production of services with crews and subcontractors.
• Be able to help train and assist new employees in the specific responsibilities of Technicians.
• Review Technicians work product prior to submission to management.
• Manage production materials and expenses.
• Capability to complete mitigation work without assistance as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Restoration/Mitigation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent work ethic and leadership skills
• Work well with a team
• Professional individual with a clean and neat appearance
• Capability to work independently
• A strong eye for detail
• An ability to prioritize and manage expectations
• Experience with TPA’s (i.e. Code Blue, Contractor Connection, PRN, Alacrity, etc.) a PLUS!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid and Clean Driver’s License
• IICRC Certified
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• Willingness to complete and pass a background check and drug screening
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred but not required
