Berkeley Eye Center, a well-established vision care practice seeks an experienced Optician (7+ years) with leadership experience for the position of Optical Coordinator to oversee a high volume Optical Shop in Kingwood, Texas in NE Harris County.

We are looking for an individual who will lead by example in service, productivity & integrity. They will monitor daily flow and service in department especially troubleshooting the biggest challenges.

Ideal Candidates:

• Expert in Customer service, creating a positive experience for each patient and employees. Give direction to team in areas needing improvement.
• Communicate ideas for improving processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and developing this attitude in others.
• Serve as a resource for your coworkers to assist in trouble shooting and improving customer service.
• Manage frame inventory.
• Identify areas of opportunities to increase revenues.
• ABO Certified preferred.
