Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio is currently seeking a Lead Technician to join our Wired Up team.
As the Lead Technician, you will assist with the supervision of the Wired Up program. You will be responsible for processing various electronic items such as computers, computer components, and peripherals such as mice, monitors, and keyboards. Other items include videogame consoles, sound systems, printers, as well as routers, and modems. You will also prepare items for sale or salvage and maintain an accurate inventory of merchandise.
Specific Experience/Skills/Abilities:
- Leadership experience preferred
- Previous computer technical experience is required
- A+ certification preferred
- Ability to use critical thinking skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
