Hi there! We're looking for a solid lead carpenter to be a part of our growing team. We have a fantastic group of guys and tons of work signed. Almost all our work is within a half hour drive of Colchester.
Here's what we're looking for in a lead carpenter:
1. You have the ability to run simple residential jobs with virtually no supervision. By simple, we're talking kitchens, bathrooms, decks, porches, small additions, soup-to-nuts interior renovations, etc.
2. You have the temperament to work well with homeowners and with junior carpenters/apprentices.
3. You have reliable transportation and/or a clean enough driving record for us to put you in a company vehicle.
