We are looking for driven, reliable landscape technicians that desire personal growth and rewarding work. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Landscaping and Hardscaping Activities:

-Plantings

-Mulch installation

-Retention walls

-Paver patios

-Pond maintenance/installation

-Landscape maintenance

-And much, much more

Light Construction Activities:

-Decks

-Pergolas

-Sheds

Candidates Must Have:

- Reliable Transportation

- Reliable personal schedule: show up on time, leave on time, with a minimal amount of interruptions to the work schedule

- Strong Work Ethic

- Strong sense of self-governance and motivation

- Willingness and capability to handle rigorous physical work (at a minimum, candidates must be able to lift 40 lbs.)

Preferred Candidates Will Have:

-Experience with light and heavy Machinery (skid steers, mini skid steers, excavators, backpack blowers, chainsaws, power sheers, sod cutters, etc.)

-Experience with any/all of the activities listed above

-Functional command of the Spanish language

Vast experience with all of these activities is not required, as on-the-job training will occur, but prior engagement with these activities proves helpful. Working hours are variable, but generally are from 8:30-6:30 Mon-Thursday (a "4-10 schedule"). It is regularly expected, in spring and summer especially, that our crew works later as needed or works an altered four day work week in accordance with the weather. There are also occasional end-of-project bonuses and year end bonuses, both of which are performance-based.

Interviews will be held over the phone and/or in person contingent on the situation. Start of the position is one weeks from the posting date of the position.
