The largest landscaper in Wisconsin is looking for experienced Irrigation Service Technicians in our busy and growing Irrigation Department.
The primary responsibility includes:

• Install, maintain and repair irrigation systems.
• Execute timely servicing and quality of work at all customer locations where irrigation work is done.
• Layout and install new or renovated irrigation systems.
• Troubleshoot irrigation systems to determine repair needs.
• Pull and fit pipes for irrigation systems.
• Set sprinkler heads and valve boxes.
• Test irrigation systems for proper functioning.
• Purchase parts required to repair, create, or renovate irrigation systems while maintaining accurate inventory and strict cost controls to ensure job is performed within required financial requirements.
• Gather and update historical data for each account regarding water sources, point of connection and mainline location, services performed, and parts installed.
• Activate and deactivate irrigation systems according to seasonal priorities or pre-established schedules.
• Partner with customer by suggesting watering schedules and tactics to reduce water usage and costs, and propose solutions during periods of drought or water restrictions.
• Communicate with customers on a routine basis to ensure satisfaction with service and solve problems to foster a positive, long-term relationship and discuss additional opportunities.
• Ensure irrigation jobs are managed within budget to meet or exceed all required financial performance metrics.
• *Adjust irrigation schedules to maximize capacity and efficiency of work flow.

Qualifications:
*The ideal candidate will have a 2- or 4- year degree in Irrigation or related area with professional work application. In lieu of degree, 3-5 years' experience in Irrigation Installation will be considered. Knowledge of horticulture, landscaping and/or construction is helpful. 1 - 3 years of landscape maintenance required.

A valid Dr. License & CDL (or ability to obtain) is preferred with a pesticide applicators license (3.0) a plus.
