General Laborer
Now hiring people for position of Pipe Layer/ Laborer, offering consistent 40 hour weeks. Valid driver's license required. CDL is a plus! Ability to pass a drug test. Ability to pass St Johns County School Board Background check is a plus. Pay is based on the experience of the applicant and skills that she/he posses. Pay is weekly!
Job Duties/Description:
- Ability to read a tape measure, level and understand the construction process
- Experience in operating small power tools such as drill, saw, concrete saw,
- Load/Transport/Unload necessary tools/equipment/materials to job site
- Landscaping, grading of areas around sidewalks, driveways
- Mixing concrete, mortar and ability to finish concrete
- Assisting with form work for sidewalks, small drainage structures, curbs
- Assisting with excavation process for pipe laying, hand shoveling, grading of trenches, reading elevations for excavator operator to carry grade
- Assist supervisor in all aspects of the construction that is being performed
