QED is looking Knowledge Management Coordinators to support DSCA in sharing deliverables broadly throughout the DoD and facilitating agreement on ways to further develop Socium or other systems to be used for SC Knowledge Management.

Minimum Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 years of experience (3 in a government setting) in analyzing the needs of SC organizations and types of AM&E SMEs, facilitating agreement of priorities among Socium AM&E users, creating beta-test plans for beta testers, identifying potential problems and risks, establishing and maintaining a risk management program for beta testing, designing, implementing, coordinating, and managing the beta testing process, refining existing beta processes in order to more efficiently track and prioritize issues discovered during the process, working with AM&E SMEs to deliver beta feature documentation, and monitoring, measuring, identifying, and prioritizing issues discovered.
• during beta testing, communicating the status of AM&E development, testing, and use in Socium periodically and as needed.
• 3 year of experience in Security Cooperation or international programs or projects in the security sector for a national organization, an NGO/IGO, the UN, or private industry.
• Eligible for DoD Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7 years of experience (5 in a government setting) in analyzing the needs of SC organizations and types of AM&E SMEs, facilitating agreement of priorities among Socium AM&E users, creating beta-test plans for beta testers, identifying potential problems and risks, establishing and maintaining a risk management program for beta testing, designing, implementing, coordinating, and managing the beta testing process, refining existing beta processes in order to more efficiently track and prioritize issues discovered during the process, working with AM&E SMEs to deliver beta feature documentation, and monitoring, measuring, identifying, and prioritizing issues discovered during beta testing, communicating the status of AM&E development, testing, and use in Socium periodically and as needed.
• Master’s degree or higher in the field of business administration, computer engineering, computer science or statistics.
• 5 year of experience in Security Cooperation or international programs or projects in the security sector for a national organization, an NGO/IGO, the UN, or private industry; and
• DoD Secret Clearance.

This position is for a proposal and is contingent upon the contract being awarded to our organization. A submitted application to QED in response to a position on a bid or proposal, indicates your agreement to be included in our submission to the client at least on an illustrative named basis.
