kitchen manager Job at Sebastians Ale & Whiskey House
Run the kitchen day to day. Schedule other cooks for the week. Run the line and make sure food comes out in a timely manner, tastes and looks good. Make sure the kitchen is clean and compliant with the health department. Kitchen closes at 9PM during the week and 10PM on friday and saturday. Laid back and fun environment. Will be taking over the current kitchen managers position. I will train personally. Must have a kitchen manager certification and 3+ years experience. this is a 6 days a week position.
Paid week vacation. 1/2 of PPO insurance paid for. Paid holidays. Cell phone paid for. Closed most major holidays. Serious inquiries only!!!
