Hawthorne Center for Rehabilitation of Ocala is seeking a full-time Kitchen Manager. The purpose of the kitchen manager position is to oversee kitchen staff in order to provide accurate, timely food service to meet residents’ needs in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements and to maintain dietary equipment in a safe, sanitary manner.

Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
