Your Tasks
- This role is primarily responsible for supporting the local Service Delivery Manager and providing assistance to clients and team where required.
- General Support and representation for local Service Delivery Management
- Initiation, conception and follow-up of national and international IT-projects for our renowned Clients
Management of teams of technicians, Team Leaders, service desk managers, administration personnel
Supervision and control of the processes and the level of service contractually appointed (SLA, KPIs, …) - Commercial and technical collaboration in a project team
- Calculations and reports relative to the project
- Recognize and implement the potential of optimization
- Support during the implementation of the project
- Open to all States in the US, but preferred locations are: Houston, TX and New Orleans, LA.
