Jr. Salesforce Administrator Major Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
  • Complete daily helpdesk tickets to support our End Users
  • Perform administration and support of the Salesforce platform by setting up new users, assigning permissions, and creating or updating fields, page layouts, and flows.
  • Support and establish new flows and automations as needed
  • Create and update documentation for existing and new processes
  • Identify new ways to improve systems
  • Assist in cleaning up duplicate data, unused fields, reports, and dashboards
  • Support implementation of newly purchased apps and products within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards

Jr. Salesforce Administrator Required Experience:
  • 6+ months of hands-on Salesforce administration
  • Commitment to problem solving, continuous improvement, curiosity, and personal development
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment and manage priorities judiciously
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills




Jr. Salesforce Administrator Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with data entry
  • Experience with Office Products and Office Administration
  • Experience within the Recruiting Industry Bullhorn platform experience
  • Salesforce Administration Certification
