Jr. Salesforce Administrator Major Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
- Complete daily helpdesk tickets to support our End Users
- Perform administration and support of the Salesforce platform by setting up new users, assigning permissions, and creating or updating fields, page layouts, and flows.
- Support and establish new flows and automations as needed
- Create and update documentation for existing and new processes
- Identify new ways to improve systems
- Assist in cleaning up duplicate data, unused fields, reports, and dashboards
- Support implementation of newly purchased apps and products within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Develop and create customized reports and dashboards
Jr. Salesforce Administrator Required Experience:
- 6+ months of hands-on Salesforce administration
- Commitment to problem solving, continuous improvement, curiosity, and personal development
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment and manage priorities judiciously
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Jr. Salesforce Administrator Preferred Experience:
- Experience with data entry
- Experience with Office Products and Office Administration
- Experience within the Recruiting Industry Bullhorn platform experience
- Salesforce Administration Certification
