Miller Swim School is seeking to hire Infant/Toddler Swim Instructors (10-15 hours/week) in both Tulsa and Jenks. We offer flexible hours during the week and on the weekends.

Infant/Toddler Swim Instructors hold a special place in the lives of both children and parents. It is an incredibly rewarding job as our instructors become role models for their students, and spend plenty of time creating a nurturing environment for all.

Responsibilities:

• Make sure everyone is safe.
• Utilize empathy and compassion while instructing both babies and parents in the water
• Love and respect students while teaching them to swim.
• Be a team player who is who is consistently dependable and reliable.
• Complete required training and be a continual learner.
• Follow our curriculum with a focus on the needs, abilities and comfort of each student.

Qualifications:

• Caring and compassion for swimmers of all ages
• High level of empathy and patience
• Ability to work in the water for periods of up to 5 hours
• Strong communication skills
• Great attitude and willingness to be coached
• The ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to commit to at least 1 year of employment, afternoons and weekends required
